The aim of this Qualification is to develop the learner’s knowledge and understanding of how to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and how to work safely. Learners will develop knowledge on the importance of social responsibility, the causes, transmission and effects of COVID-19, and the methods used to control transmission such as correct hand hygiene and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). They will also gain an understanding of the safe working practices required in the beauty salon or nail bar to protect themselves and their clients.

Certification is awarded once the training manager assesses the individual to have attained the required level of expertise in the art.

This is an essential course for learners to help develop their own bridal business giving them the confidence they need to succeed within the bridal market. The training is technique based, where we fine tune students’ applications with regards to colour theory, trouble shooting, colour matching, working on different skin types and age groups, working on different eye shapes, blending, liner techniques, brow shaping, lash application, highlighting and contour techniques.

This course is suitable for beginners and qualified nail technicians who wish to start their career in the nail industry or to improve their existing skill. It focuses on correct nail preparation, cuticle work, nail shaping and filling and the application of gel polish to a high standard.

For any beauty therapist that holds a waxing qualification, Intimate/Advanced Waxing is one of the most popular treatments in a salon and therefore a key qualification for a beauty therapist to hold. Students will study various intimate waxing procedures. This course aims to build students skills and confidence. Please note that it is a requirement that students have a recognised qualification in basic waxing before attending this advanced course. Students have full use of our waxing equipment and materials for this course.
