Established in 1986, Olivia Keenan School of Beauty is the longest owner-established third level beauty college in the Northeast.
Olivia Keenan ITEC, CIDESCO
School director and head tutor, Olivia is one of the pioneers in beauty education in Ireland with over 40 years experience. She is a qualified beauty therapist, advanced skin therapist, expert electrologist, complimentary therapist, makeup artist and specialist manicurist, and holds the two leading International Diplomas of Beauty Therapy. Olivia continued her professional development by attending elite training courses; Slim Master College of Beauty, Merseyside, in the technical side of equipment and it’s uses in Beauty, studied lymphatic drainage in Monte Carlo, Sweden to study R.V.A. Electrolysis for the specialisation of broken capillaries/warts/skin tags, travelled to London and completed a Diploma course with Wardglen in Kwik-slim, studied at the Jean Pierre Fleurimon School of Make up in Paris. Olivia is also a qualified Cathiodermiste, Rene Guinot and Dermalogica Consultant, Ionithermie and Light Wave Therapy Consultant.
Fiona Keenan O’Brien ITEC
Fiona is a beauty specialist, electrologist, nail technologist, advanced skin specialist and Dermalogica skin specialist. Other qualifications include; ITEC diploma in anatomy & physiology, Specialist Diploma in Teaching, Learning & Scholarship from the University of Limerick, Airbase Certificate in airbrush makeup and Waxperts Certificate in intimate waxing. Fiona has been teaching at the Olivia Keenan School of Beauty since 2010.
